We want to bring to your attention the superb service provided by Mr. Michael Johnson and his associates Mr. James Bennet and Mr. Patrick Cook. Having these three men in our home was a pleasant experience. They were considerate and polite, neat and tidy, and provided minimal interruption to our life during what was a major home improvement.
Mr. Johnson provided timely estimates and proposals, answered all of our questions and concerns, and put together a heating and colling package for a price that was fair and reasonable. After the installation, he provided training on homeowner maintenance of the equipment and discussed a future service contract. We are extremely pleased with the Trane equipment. It is so very quiet - just as stated in the advertisements.

Just a few words to tell you how pleased I am with my AC. The unit chewed up the 90 degree August weather we had in May. Those circular vents disperse the cold air uniformly eliminating a direct blast.
I know the attic installation was a difficult one for the crew. I give them a perfect score.
